Conscious Leadership Panel Discussion

Conscious Leadership is the capacity of being self-aware and acting from an inner presence that enlivens us, others and the context simultaneously. We at CCSIT have co-evolved an experiential journey and a model based on Indic Wisdom for awakening, nurturing and manifesting conscious leadership (Leading with Inner Presence). In this interactive discussion, the panelists will share their experiences as leaders, mentors, coaches and facilitators in unleashing (unfolding) the innate human potential in people

Dinesh Chandra

Entrepreneur, Transformation Coach, Global Citizen

Dinesh is a global citizen whose purpose in life is to contribute to humanity through his lifelong learning and practice in individual and organizational transformation. He has worked  in fifteen countries with organizations like the American Express, Cisco, Eicher-Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Harley-Davidson, Larsen & Toubro, Oracle, Port of Singapore Authority, and Tata Group. He has led many workshops in Transformational Leadership, with business leaders around the globe. One such gathering in Dharamshala with HH Dalai Lama resulted in a book entitled "What is True Wealth and how do we create it?" that he co edited. Dinesh has a MS in Indus. Eng, an MBA in Finance, Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Stanford Certified Program Manager. Dinesh is Co-founder and CEO of GIWN and is a contributing author to "Learning Organizations: Developing Cultures for Tomorrow's Workplace" and "Community building: Renewing Spirit and Learning in Business". Dinesh is based in San Jose, California, USA.

Dr Prasad Kaipa

Co-founder, CCSIT & Chairman, Samskrita Bharathi, USA

Prasad was introduced to Sanskrit and Vedic studies early in his childhood. He got a Ph. D. in Physics from IIT Madras (1983) and was an assistant professor in Univ. of Utah. Later Prasad was a technology advisor and a research fellow in Apple University. His research theme was ‘designing a learning processor that augments human intelligence’ and he interviewed many Nobel laureates and experts and led back to Indic wisdom. Prasad taught in Saybrook University and Indian School of Business, in addition to coaching over 100 C-suite executives and entrepreneurs. He was on the boards of North South Foundation, Intellect Design Arena, Society of Org. Learning, International Leadership Association, Sanskrita Bharati (USA) and Yoga Bharathi. He is also co-founder of Center for Consciousness Studies and Inner Transformation and Indic Academy. He has written three books on wisdom, Learning and disabled entrepreneurs and they have been translated into half a dozen languages. Prasad is based in San Jose, California, USA.

Raghu Ananthanarayanan

Co-Founder, CCSIT

Raghu Ananthanarayanan, an alumnus of IIT Madras (B. Tech in Mech Engineering and MS in Bio-Medical Engineering)is a behavioural scientist, Yoga teacher and an author. His central quest has been the enquiry: “How to continually look within, transform, be the best and inspire?” This seeking led to discipleship with Yogacharya Krisnamacharya, dialoguing with J Krishnamurti and collaborating with Prof. Pulin K Garg. He has dedicated his life to the study and application of Yogic traditions to guide the inner transformation of individuals and shape leadership and culture building of organizations. He has pioneered the use of the Yoga Sutras, traditional theatre, and the Mahabharata in experiential learning. Raghu has authored many books. The latest books are “The Five Seats of Power - Discovering the best you can be through the Mahabharata” and “Antaranga Yoga - the Foundation of Indian Psychology”. Raghu has Co-founded Sumedhas, Academy of Human Context, The Barefoot Avademy of Governance, The Centre for Consciousness Studies and Inner Transformation as well as Ritambara Ashram. Raghu is based in Kotagiri, India.

Anil Grovor

Founder ATMATVA, Systemic Coach, Leadership Facilitator

Anil Grovor, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIT Delhi is a Conscious Leader, Systemic Coach and Inner Presence Facilitator. The essence of his work has been deep personal transformation and whole system transformation. Anil's personal journey was nurtured by immersion in 'Integral Yoga' since birth with  'Sri Aurobindo Study Circle' at his home in IIT Delhi Campus. His passion for people and innovation led him to senior leadership roles, including as India head of Motorola Computer Group while simultaneously driving the global software and systems strategy. His entrepreneurial journey included setting up digital products and services companies. Anil is the founder of ATMATVA, and has been the executive coach for senior leaders across diverse industries and nations. He is a core team member of CCSIT (Center for Consciousness Studies and Inner Transformation), where he is contributing in evolution, strategy and facilitation of  experiential journeys based on Indic Wisdom. Anil's quest is to be a catalyst for human evolution. Anil is based in Hyderabad, India.
