Mudra Rahasyam: Exploring the Art & Science of Mudra
Online five weeks Immersive workshop on Mudra
About the Retreat:
“Mudra Rahasyam” is introductory workshop to the interesting aspect of Yoga – “Mudra”. We do not find it as an obvious limb in Ashtanga Yoga described by Maharshi Patanjali.
Bharatiya Samskruti is all about promoting Health and expanding consciousness. We understand human existence at an entirely different level.
In this workshop, we bring out the cryptic code of mudras permeating all aspects of “Sadhana”.
We unfold the secretive, intense and spiritually elevating science of mudras for sincere seekers.
This workshop is being conducted by Dr Mayur V Kaku, a Neurosurgeon by profession. He was fortunate to witness intense yoga sadhanas from his grandparents and parents, which has led him to continue on the path of yoga.
He helps people with many different types of illnesses through mudras, asanas, pranayam, natural remedies, and tailor-made yoga nidra sessions, helping them avoid surgery or modern medicine as much as possible.
