Dr Phadke will explain how a basic foundation of Ayurveda can facilitate a better understanding of Yoga. One develops insight for decoding Yogic texts with a background in Ayurveda. This session will explain integrative Ayurveda-Yoga Therapy.

Dr Phadke is an Ayurvedic clinician with a BAMS Degree in Ayurveda and he has completed a Ph.D in Yoga Philosophy, an advanced diploma in Yogic Education and he is a certified Reiki grandmaster. In addition, he is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, a Certified Stress Management Personnel from I.C.S.M.P. and a Certified Bioenergy field reader from. He has also given various talks on Ayurveda in Italy, Germany, Netherlands, South Korea and Nigeria. He is the founder of Ayurvision.

Sophia Ann French is the Editor & Curator at the Indica Center for Yoga Studies and Indica Center for Ayurveda Studies. She has been practising hatha yoga for over 15 years and she is a regular practitioner of Vipassana. She is also studying Vedanta with the Chinmaya International Foundation, she is a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher and was the founder and editor of India's first online magazine on Yoga and Vedanta.
