DESCRIPTION:India ‘s presidency at G 20 is a golden opportunity for showcasing the country ‘s potential areas to contribute towards the world’s economic growth. Ayurveda\, the traditional Indian medicine which is the soft power of the country\, must mobilise communities towards lifestyle as per ancient wisdom. This is possible by targeting “Life for All\,” the key word given by our honourable Prime Minister at the climate for change summit last year. Life can be achieved by reducing poverty and bringing health for all by adopting a zero carbon lifestyle\, pro-planet behaviour and integrated wellness with Ayurveda. The world’s economic growth depends upon “life “which further depends upon health\, climate and reduction in poverty. Health can be achieved by an integrated approach by adopting an Ayurvedic lifestyle. \nThe youth can play a major role in achieving the above targets by creating start ups for environment cleaning projects for good climate and creating apps for sensitisation and awareness of an Ayurvedic lifestyle among the public. One health\, one earth and one family\, which is the tag line of G 20 2023\, can be achieved by inculcating Ayurveda wisdom for a better life and mind.
