Indica Yoga is going to be beginning a series of online weekend Pranayama classes with Ankur from Saturday 2nd September. These classes will be held on Zoom every Saturday and Sunday in the morning and the recording will be available for students to watch later. The weekend classes will focus on learning different pranayama techniques progressively. Variations will be given to participants who have any therapeutic requirements.

WHO CAN JOIN

Anyone who is willing to work on himself/herself is welcome to join. Beginners will benefit from the detailed techniques and step-by-step guidance provided and regular practitioners can ground themselves with a regular sadhana. Irrespective of your profession, age, or any health condition the practice of pranayama welcomes all.
