Ease Into Your Breath, Ease Into Your Life

The intention of this session would be to turn one’s attention inwards using the breath as an anchor, so no matter what unprecedented circumstances life surprises us with, we won’t get caught up in the chaos of it all and rather respond from a state of calm.

Yoga Teacher

Chandrika's teaching draws from many styles and has a strong pull towards the Krishnamacharya lineage of Vinyasa yoga, which specialises in holistic individualised and group classes integrating breathwork and movement with its base rooted in the ancient Philosophy of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. She incorporates restorative techniques, pranayama, meditative techniques and occasional chanting sessions inspired from Buddhist traditions, Kashmir Shaivism, and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Sophia French

Host, Journalist

Sophia has been a journalist for over 15 years, and she has been practising hatha yoga for 20 years. She completed a yoga and Vedanta course at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in Netala, and she's been practising hatha yoga in the Iyengar and Krishnamacharya systems. She is currently studying Indian philosophy and is a regular journalist
