Everyday Practice / Daily Practice Routine

Join Carolyn on a slow Hatha yoga session as we explore the intricacies of some simple asanas, everyday pranayama practices and a relaxing meditation. We will also delve into the idea of Dinacharya and the benefits of sticking to a morning routine.

Carolyn Theresa Simon

Wellness Consultant & Yoga Educator

Carolyn Theresa Simon is a Bangalore based wellness consultant, food and travel writer, fitness model and yoga educator. She also has a background in L&D- training and development and has trained 200+ trainers. Philosophy, Ayurveda, Psychology, and Food are topics she's extremely passionate about and is working towards changing the world through the practice of yoga.Carolyn is an on a journey to uncover the secrets of Indic wellbeing and has trained with some of the best teachers and ashrams in India. Her initially exposure to yoga started at the Sivananda Ashrams and then she went on to practice Ashtanga from Shri Sharath Jois and is currently pursuing M.Sc from SVYASA. When she's not trying to decode this ever-changing world - you'll find her engrossed in a book (or 5).

Host, Journalist

Sophia has been a journalist for over 15 years, and she has been practising hatha yoga for 20 years. She completed a yoga and Vedanta course at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in Netala, and she's been practising hatha yoga in the Iyengar and Krishnamacharya systems. She is currently studying Indian philosophy and is a regular journalist
