Swami Anukoolananda was tutored in spirituality in Chinmaya Mission by reputed scholars of Vedanta. Swamiji was bestowed Brahmacharya Deesha on 15th August 2000 and Sanyas Deesksha on Shivaratri in 2013. Taking keen interest in youth empowerment, Swamiji serves as the Director, South Zone, for the All India Chinmaya Yuva Kendra. Swamiji is now serving as the Resident Director at the Chinmaya International Residential School at Coimbatore, which has been adjudged the best residential school in Tamil Nadu and the 2nd best residential school all over India for the year by the Education World magazine. Swamiji also serves extensively in the field of education training. Swamiji is a part of the Board of the Chinmaya Education Cell that governs the running of its 103 Chinmaya educational institutions. Swamiji also serves on the Board of Management of the newly inaugurated Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth.  Applying Vedanta to effectively enhance management practices, Swamiji has made many presentations in the areas of Indian Ethos in management. Swamiji has been invited for lectures on Bhagavad Geeta, Upanishads and Indian solutions to personal and corporate challenges at many institutions.   Swamiji’s vision is to see India, as a nation full of dynamic youngsters, empowered with the knowledge and practice of Indian culture, serving the nation and leading the world on a path to true freedom and eternal happiness.
