Nidhi is also a Food Scientist, with a Food and Chemical engineering degree and a specialisation in Nutrition and sports specific nutrition. Nidhi is a Certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Trainer. She’s one of the top international trainers on the PumaTRAC app. along with Virat Kholi and Lewis Hamilton. She was the brand ambassador of Puma Do You in India and was part of their Guinness World Record plank. She is also a writer with regular columns and blogs on food, fitness, and nutrition in many publications like Times of India, Asian Age, Urban Melange and many online portals and TV shows.

She completed a yoga and Vedanta course at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in Netala, and she's been practising hatha yoga in the Iyengar and Krishnamacharya systems. She is currently studying Indian philosophy and is a regular journalist
