Ankur Bhati

Yoga Teacher

Ankur's yoga journey started at a young age, learning from different teachers and he enjoyed the playful practice of Yoga. At that time, he didn't know he would be pursuing this as a profession. He is a National Karate player and has learnt and practiced different forms of Martial arts and movement which honed his focus and control. As time passed, he followed other pursuits, and even did an MBA that gave him the opportunity to work in different industries. Yoga, however, remained a close companion through all his adventures. He realised then how much he loved the practice and valued the power of body, breath, and mind. This led him to do his Teachers Training Course under the guidance of Yogacharya Bharath Shetty and Yogacharya Vijay Kumar in Mysore. He is a Certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher from the International Yoga Alliance, USA, Yoga Therapy from SVYASA, and he has had the honour of teaching and sharing my Yoga experience with over 500 students from across 25 countries.
