Shri Vyasah Kalyasunderamji has been teaching Hatha Yoga, relaxation techniques, meditation and various breathing techniques since 1992. He was initiated, taught and guided into this ancient tradition by his mother Mrs. Selvam Kalyanasunderam, a Barrister by profession and she also had vast knowledge on ancient scriptures which revealed various breathing and meditative practices. She comes from the tradition of the world renowned yoga master H.H.Dr. Swami Sivananda Maharaj the founder of the Divine Life Society, Rishikesh, India. Shri Vyasahji was also guided by great yogic masters like H.H. Swami Datta Ramagiri (India ) and Acharya Swami Ram (Dr.S.Ramanathan) the founder of Holistic Kriya Yoga center, Canada. He qualified his yogic studies from world renowned yoga S-VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Anusandhana Samasthana ) university in Bangalore, India. At present, he is the chief yoga instructor at the YOGA MANDHIR, and also chief yoga trainer and lecturer at the Vivekananda cultural center in Colombo.

Sophia has been a journalist for over 15 years, and she has been practising hatha yoga for 20 years. She completed a yoga and Vedanta course at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in Netala, and she's been practising hatha yoga in the Iyengar and Krishnamacharya systems. She is currently studying Indian philosophy and is a regular journalist
