The Ayurvedic Guide on When and How to Eat, Exercise & Sleep

The session provides a basic understanding of the cycles of the human body and how they correspond to the cycles of the universe and then use this knowledge as a framework to design our day. It offers a simple and comprehensible approach to Ayurvedic living, which is accessible to all. One can expect better sleep, skin, digestion, and overall health within three weeks of living like this.

Nidhi Pandya Bhanshali

Third Generation Ayurvedic Practitioner

Nidhi Pandya is an Ayurvedic practitioner and carries generational Ayurvedic wisdom from her grandfather, an Ayurvedic healer from India. Besides being immersed in Ayurveda since birth, Nidhi has classical Ayurveda training from the scriptures. A TEDx speaker, teacher, writer, and practitioner, Nidhi wears many hats. The Chopra Center, Shakti School, Mindbodygreen, One Commune, Google, Inde Wild, and Ranavat are some places you’ll see her work. Her work is also featured in top publications such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Times of India etc. She is the creator of The Inner Climate™, a revolutionary approach to wellness. Nidhi is currently working on two books and lives in NYC.

Sophia has been a journalist for over 15 years, and she has been practising hatha yoga for 20 years. She completed a yoga and Vedanta course at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in Netala, and she's been practising hatha yoga in the Iyengar and Krishnamacharya systems. She is currently studying Indian philosophy and is a regular journalist
