The Transformative Power of Sounds and Mantras

Dates: August 23 – 25, 2024

About the Workshop:

The world of vibrations and sounds is a fascinating topic that is very intimately connected with our lives. Unfortunately, we are seldom aware of the tremendous potential that is locked inside the various kinds of simple sounds we utter, to unravel deep truths about ourselves. When the Vedic Rishis turned their gaze inwards to understand the relationship between the gross and subtle realms of their inner and outer worlds, they received answers in the form of mantras. These mantras are conscious sounds that have the power to change our fundamental vibratory structures and create specific experiences at various levels of our being. The talk will seek to combine theory and practice, to give the participants a first-hand experience of the transformative power of Vedic sounds and to show how they can act as a valuable aid for a more peaceful and healthier individual and collective living.
